AFT Fluorotec produces precision machined components in PTFE, PEEK and engineering plastics to the very highest quality. We have an extensive range of Mitutoyo measuring equipment to assist with this together with testing facilities for our materials to measure tensile strength, elongation, specific gravity and hardness.
Throughout all locations, our inspection and manufacturing areas are temperature controlled to ensure consistency in the measurement of components.
We are also committed to limiting our impact on the environment both locally and beyond by ensuring we meet regulatory and statutory laws.
The AFT Fluorotec group of companies encourage staff to be environmentally aware of the needs of our surroundings and of the greater whole by offering environmental awareness training and making sure the facilities are there for recycling or reusing. We try to ensure our packaging and other supplies are from a sustainable source.

The standard provides suppliers with a comprehensive quality system for providing safe and reliable products to the AS&D industry. AS9100 also addresses civil & aviation requirements. We have successfully manufactured parts specifically for the aerospace industry for many years due to the engineering plastics exceptional strength and durable properties.
