Here at AFT Fluorotec, we're constantly finding new and improved ways of doing things for our clients, but we also do that for ourselves too. We've recently upgraded our air conditioning system to a new, more efficient system.
We've installed the CoolBreeze Inverter Evaporative cooling system, which is one of the most environmentally friendly air conditioning systems in the world and ideal for cooling down large open plan areas like our facilities. Each unit produces around 11,000m³/hour of cool, filtered air.
Unlike traditional air conditioning units which chemically-cool air, the CoolBreeze Inverter Evaportative units cools air by blowing warm, dry air over water (which is held in cellulose pads). As the water evaporates, it absorbs heat which creates a constant flow of freshly cooled air.
As the units have far fewer moving parts than their traditional alternatives and contain no CFCs, they are much more environmentally friendly, as well as being considerably lower cost to run. This makes them perfect for large facilities like ours.
