AFT Fluorotec are straight in at the deep end with demand for our new elastomeric seals range. Our customer, an international valve manufacturer needed a solution for 750mm diameter seat inserts which were failing test. A soft Viton seal material was required for functionality but had to withstand arduous working conditions.
Immediately the team at AFT were on the case and provided a solution using Genuine Viton, machined to a custom designed seat insert profile. Supplied in less than 10 days we have a very happy customer with a unique sealing solution they have been trying to source for some time.
AFT Fluorotec are able to produce seals from 5 mm to 1800 mm diameter in any plastic material and almost any profile.
