AFT Fluorotec have launched a new range of non stick PTFE industrial bakeware coatings. This allows AFT Fluorotec to offer volume production of industrial PTFE and non stick PTFE coatings for industrial bakeware.
We have key product offerings in non stick PTFE and fluoropolymer to cover every requirement, high sugar content where sticking of product to the tin is an issue, to budget one coat release systems in PTFE for a lower cost volume coated baking tin for a less demanding baking environment, that still give the non stick properties demanded in the bakeware industry.
Our new inline oven allows close temperature control of critical heating and cooling zones, to ensure the fluoropolymer, PFA & PTFE non stick coatings are sintered or cured in perfect conditions.
Its hard to envisage the sheer volume of baked goods that are consumed in the UK annually. If one was to consider the requirement for a manufacturer of say, Yorkshire puddings. Who does not like a Yorkshire pudding with their Sunday roast. One bakery of this product we visited run, like most, 24-7 producing 2.4 million puddings a day! Another producer make 1.6 million a week. There are many others out there. All these goods are produced in metal industrial bakeware such as trays, pans, tins and our PTFE non stick coating, can assist with automated release, reduce oil usage and reduce baking times.
