AF805 is a modified VICTREX PEEK material with special fillers.
Formulated to give greater flexibility than standard VICTREX PEEK materials and a much lower coefficient of friction. AF805 retains the essential properties of VICTREX PEEK being a semi-crystalline very high-performance engineering thermoplastic designed for extremely demanding applications.
We have been producing and manufacturing VICTREX PEEK for many years and our skilled engineers are experts in machining Modified VICTREX PEEK to suit your particular need. Like other grades, Modified VICTREX PEEK can be processed in many ways, including through injection moulding, compression moulding and extrusion into shapes, film or fibres. It’s readily machinable and recent advancements have allowed shape memory activation.
